Impact Global Network exists for one reason: to fulfill the Great Commission by making disciple makers. This is Christ's last command, and it is our first priority. We are a network of pastors, leaders, and churches who believe that the only way to truly impact the world for Christ is to return to the biblical model of discipleship, creating a movement of believers who are equipped to make other disciple makers.

Our Disciple-Making Mission
Our entire mission is to answer the call of the Great Commission, as given by the Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:16-20:
"Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'"

We believe the primary method for this is found in Ephesians 4:11-13, which calls leaders to equip the saints for the work of ministry:
"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ."

And the model for this multiplication is given in 2 Timothy 2:2:
"and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also."

Our role is to come alongside pastors and church leaders and help them build a Disciple-Making Church — a community where every believer is equipped to make other disciple makers. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we partner with those who share this singular vision.
What We Do
A Pathway for Making Disciple Makers
We don't offer a program; we provide a pathway. The Great Commission is not a suggestion, but a command to create a multiplying movement of disciples. The modern church, however, often struggles with this, with only a small fraction of its leaders having received formal training in how to build a disciple-making culture. According to research by the Center for the Study of Global Christianity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, only 5% of all pastors worldwide have formal theological training. This means approximately 95% of pastoral leaders globally are serving without formal biblical training. Source

Our pathway is designed to help every local church become a Disciple-Making Church — a community where leaders are equipped to equip their people, and every graduate becomes a leader who can disciple others. We help pastors shift from being the primary ministers to becoming equippers of ministers. This is how we do it:
Engage
We connect with church leaders to cast a vision for becoming a Disciple-Making Church. Through workshops and conferences, we lay the biblical foundation for a church culture that multiplies disciple makers.
Equip
We provide life-on-life training through the 5-Stage Disciple-Making Pathway — a complete 24-volume curriculum that gives church leaders the practical tools and biblical framework to build a disciple-making culture in their own church.
Encourage
We walk with churches for the long haul, providing ongoing coaching, leadership retreats, and a network of support to sustain and grow their Disciple-Making Church.
